Bullying isn’t just another thing to change in the NHS; it’s not just let’s make sure everyone is nice to each other because that’s the least they deserve after Covid (+ a decent pay rise – one that shows all the clapping on Thursdays actually meant something!) Bullying in the NHS costs patients’ lives and lack of adequate funding is bullying in itself: https://tinyurl.com/z3kksusm
All the clapping was hypocrisy unless we back it with decent funding, the first part of which is a decent pay rise. If this government won’t do that we need a replacement ASAP.
The Bully-Proofing Coach - here to train you to spot the multiple ways in which bullies groom (unconsciously or consciously) to assess potential targets. If you can spot the grooming and respond appropriately - which I also teach - you can stop bullies before they hurt you. I can bully-proof you, your colleagues, and your organisation.
