Current training doesn’t recognise grooming

There is no anti-bullying and harassment training that teaches people to recognise that they are being groomed (assessed) as target for bullying and or harassment. We tell our children not to accept sweets from strangers yet NO ONE tells ANYONE the signs they are being groomed and how to respond appropriately and effectively. #workplacebullying #harassment #bullying #bullyingawareness #bullyingprevention
