Why do I think I can end bullying (and harassment) in any organisation?

Because instead of sending targets on personal ‘effectiveness’ courses; which assume there is something wrong with the target, or sending a perpetrator on an anger management course; accepting the problem is anger; from experience, this usually results in a bully being more careful not to get caught rather than in change.

I empower potential targets and witnesses (indirect targets) with information and skills to be wary at the correct times, spotting behaviours that prepare them to be bullied and have polite but effective responses.
