We allowed a very charismatic, lazy public school boy to persuade us to leave the most successful trading block that has ever existed on planet Earth. And we then elected him prime minister. Both men have the entertainment factor; both are lazy and chaotic, and never more does the world need the opposite.
I think Harris will win, but I don’t think I’m up for the stress staying up all night to watch would entail. If it has to be sorted in the courts, I think the Supreme Court will give it to Trump if they can.
