We can not allow part of the settlement of the last war cause the next. Israeli policy created Hamas. Netanyahu has made his career out of destroying any peace deals. Hamas wants the same as Netanyahoo: the total destruction of their adversary. All Israel is doing is storing up further hatred. All the terrorists have to do is get hold of ebola or nuclear material, and a lot of games will be over. The world and Israelis have to call time on all this. If we can’t force peace, then how are we ever going to work together well enough to beat global warming? I think if Hamas currently held my child, I’d be looking for a way to make Netanyahu understand – take one of his grandchildren hostage? I’m kidding, but it could make the point.
