When I refer to myself as a male-identified woman, I don’t mean I’m dependent on male approval but that I’m inclined to see things instinctively from my father’s point of view. Yep feminism was a bit of a slog and I completely avoided the Manosphere – preferring to regard it as fringe and irrelevant! Reading Laura Bates “Men who hate women” was horrifying but I’m very relieved to see that arguments hit the mainstream (before I did!) :
