The cheek shouldn’t minimum service levels apply to the employer – the government? In which case, this government has failed with regard to the NHS. Seven million on waiting lists says it all! I’m not forgetting Covid but the NHS had serious underfunding problems before. We need a march for the NHS. Just as we have an Independent Office for Budget Responsibility, we need an Independent Office for NHS Responsibility so that government can’t get away with claiming to be throwing extra millions at NHS when they’ve cut it.
