Well done Avon and Somerset police (my home patch) and the Crown Prosecution, not something I get to say often enough. Perhaps if the police were better funded I’d get to say it more. This case is a brilliant illustration of how domestic violent relationships progress and how police, prosecution, and doctors can work together to lock up offenders and safeguard women. If this man was not in prison he would be abusing another woman.
