“Impeachment – American crime story”

I watched ‘Impeachment – American crime story’ last night, and the Linda Tripp character is accurate in terms of type. I call them ‘Sticky’; any information you give them sticks for later use against you if and when it suits them. They will make you feel better about offloading any crisis you’re in but make no mistake; they will have no problem at all about what they do with the information you give them. I suspect in reality, Linda Tripp was subtler but always remember information is power; be careful
to whom you give it. I knew one who would leave long pauses in conversations waiting for me to fill them with useful information. Suppose you are a young person or know a young person about to enter a workplace, particularly a competitive workplace, in which case, it’s an excellent cautionary tale, a parable of our time.
