Until bullying has legal consequence bad management will continue to justify it as the ‘right to manage’ whereas actually bullying is the ‘right to managed BADLY’ as it usually involves management’s inability to manage their own behaviour. #workplacebullying #bullying #bullyingawareness #bullyingprevention
