Bullying isn’t just another thing to change in the NHS; it’s not just let’s make sure everyone is nice to each other because that’s the least they deserve after Covid (+ a decent pay rise – one that shows all the clapping on Thursdays actually meant something!) All the clapping was hypocrisy unless we back it with decent funding, the first part of which is a decent pay rise. If this government won’t do that we need a replacement ASAP.
