IOPC report uncovers racism, misogyny and harassment AGAIN
An investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has uncovered evidence of bullying and discrimination within the ranks of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), including incidents of racism, misogyny, and harassment.
They need a systemic approach to stopping such behaviours right at the start, when perpetrators are trying the ground, testing out to see what they can get away with. Identify their grooming, you identify the issue, identify reasonable responses – you identify the solution.
